Rebecca is a highly experienced human resources professional with extensive experience in training and facilitation, leadership development and coaching. She commenced her career in the banking and finance industry and has experience in higher education and local government. In 2009 Rebecca established her own successful human resources and training consultancy to provide effective and practical human resources solutions to small and medium businesses. She has worked with a wide variety of clients in industries including not for profit, service based organisations, health, education, medical devices, hospitality, aged and community care. Her work has extended into all areas of human resources ensuring clients meet all compliance, legislative and regulatory requirements and developing and implementing strategies to support organisations to grow and build collaborative and productive cultures.
Rebecca has also worked extensively in the vocational education sector and has supported thousands of learners to complete qualifications in Leadership and Management and Human Resources.
